The Bible doesn't tell us much about the roof of the ark and what was up there..
Some have suggested large air scoops that captured the wind and sent it down into the ark.
Warm air rises naturally and would be forced up and out through rear vents by the wind coming down in the front.
It should be remembered that the ark was not very tall and the air only had to go down 45 feet.
The ark was not a ten story ocean liner.
