This is another straw man argument. Nowhere does the Bible say that Noah had to gather seeds before the flood, nor does it say that he had to redistribute any.
The flood did not change the way seeds were distributed, the same methods would continue as before.
Plants went dormant during the flood and emerged from dormancy after the waters receded.
